Sales & Event Coordinator

Trace Media – Dubai

Trace Media, a leading technology media and events platform based in Dubai, is looking for a driven and ambitious Event / Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a dual-role position (50% Sales / 50% Event Management) with strong commission potential for high performers.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Sponsorship (Primary Focus):

· Actively generate new leads and secure event sponsorships

· Achieve and exceed sales targets

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners

· Identify new market opportunities to maximize sponsorship revenue

· Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

· Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Event Management:

· Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including logistics and operations

· Liaise with sponsors, suppliers, and venues

· Ensure sponsors receive full deliverables and satisfaction

· Manage event execution and solve any unexpected issues

· Travel when required for event implementation

Requirements:

· Fluent in English (written and spoken)

· 1–2 years experience in events, ICT, telecom, media, or hotel banquet

· Proven sales ability or strong interest in sales

· Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

· Able to work under pressure and meet targets

· Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)

Employment Details:

· Full-time

· 24-month renewable contract
