What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Expertise in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and social events
• Expertise in vendor management and coordination
• Ability to create event proposals and timelines
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry and sales processes preferred
• Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must

What will you work on?

• Discover new business opportunities to get involved in corporate events through networking, cold-calling, mailings and/or organise events in our own restaurants where we host large groups of people
• Serve as the point of contact for clients to plan events, detail events and help the operation teams to execute events.
• Process all catering requests in collaboration with the Operations, Finance and Production teams.
• Manage all events from start to finish, book, plan and execution functions.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets.
• Visiting agencies and corporate clients to achieve targeted budgets.
• Follow up the payments of the confirmed events.
• Follow up on clients’ needs, expectations and changes of the event details.
• Maintain local client database, build and sustain relationships with new clients
