We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Events Specialist to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthday parties, and anniversary celebrations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, creative, highly organized, and skilled in turning client visions into memorable experiences while maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Event Sales & Client Management
- Respond to event inquiries, conduct sales consultations, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and event goals.
- Create customized event proposals, packages, and quotes for weddings, corporate events, and social celebrations.
- Conduct venue tours and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and event details within company guidelines.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry to event completion.
- Develop detailed event plans, timelines, floor plans, and checklists.
- Coordinate with internal teams (catering, décor, AV, operations, housekeeping, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Arrange external vendors such as photographers, decorators, entertainment, transportation, and florists when required.
- Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all elements meet client expectations.
Operational & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate event records, sales reports, and booking calendars.
- Review and confirm event orders (BEOs) and ensure all departments receive correct event details.
- Monitor event budgets and ensure profitability for each event.
- Resolve any issues or last-minute changes calmly and professionally.
Customer Experience & Quality
- Provide exceptional service throughout the client journey, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups, gather feedback, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of the venue’s facilities, services, and packages.
Marketing & Business Development
- Support promotion of event services through social media, open houses, expos, and partnerships.
- Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and ways to enhance event offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to create appealing event content and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning, event sales, hospitality, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management abilities.
- Creativity in event design, theming, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in event software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
