Job Description:
Heliconia is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and closing property sales while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking formalities, agreements, and handover processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
