Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Customer Outreach
  • Identify potential customers through online channels and reach out via email, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and engage with potential customers to nurture interest.
  • Sales and Conversion
  • Drive sales through online platforms, such as e-commerce sites or social media.
  • Respond to online inquiries, follow up with leads, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Digital Marketing and Content Creation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and optimize product listings.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, social media, email marketing) to drive traffic and increase engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Use CRM software to manage interactions with customers, track leads, and document sales processes.
  • Provide post-sales support, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Suggest strategies to improve sales processes based on data and market insights.
  • Performance Reporting
  • Track and report on sales metrics, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs, interests, and preferences.

Key Skills:

  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen and experience in online sales, with the ability to close deals.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads and track sales processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales metrics and use data to make strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction and content creation.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to engage with customers and provide support, enhancing the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in digital or online sales roles.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,364.51 - ₹15,000.00 per month
