- Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect new corporate clients (fleets, logistics) and retail customers for garage services.
Typical Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further training in business/sales is a plus.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in automotive or outdoor/field sales, is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
- Licensing: A valid driving license is often mandatory for client visit
- Client Engagement: Conduct field visits, calls, and digital outreach to understand needs, demonstrate services, and build relationships.
- Sales & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, financing, and terms, and close deals to meet targets.
- Service Coordination: Work with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide clear estimates, update customers, resolve complaints, and ensure post-sales satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain customer databases, follow-up schedules, and report on sales performance.
