• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Fluent in English and Hindi
• Handle incoming leads and convert them into successful deals
• Demonstrate and promote company products to potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Achieve sales targets and report on performance regularly
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
