Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Finding potential customers via cold calls, networking, social media, and events.
  • Client Engagement: Meeting clients (in-person/virtual), understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Demonstrating products, preparing quotes/proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
  • Relationship Management: Building trust, acting as the main contact, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintaining accurate records in CRM software, reporting on performance, and working towards targets.
  • Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and product improvements.
