Position: Salesperson

Location: Al Quoz, Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Sales Excellence: Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed targets, employing effective sales strategies.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Post-Sales Support: Handle all customer-related issues that may arise after a sale, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our services, packages, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the center.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to handle post-sales issues effectively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Tadbeer Center operations is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
