About the Role

ilaan.com is seeking energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Exectuive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication and persuasion skills and are passionate about building relationships with customers.

Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, while experienced sales professionals will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Introduce and explain company products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Confidence in handling customer interactions over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, call centers, or sales will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (depending on experience and skills)
