Job Summary

HRtekx is seeking an experienced Social Media Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who has experience converting leads into clients through social media platforms, messaging channels, and online sales conversations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects, understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, and closing deals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage inquiries received through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other online channels
  • Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients through social media and other digital platforms
  • Qualify leads and identify client needs
  • Present company services and solutions professionally
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline
  • Negotiate pricing and service packages when appropriate
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telemarketing, or Social Media Sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships
  • Experience using social media platforms for lead generation and sales
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Digital Marketing, Recruitment, IT, Educational, or Professional Services
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Experience managing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
