Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive specialized in Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Fit-Out Projects, and Civil Defence Approval services. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, managing client relationships, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Lead Generation • Identify and win new clients for fire alarm/firefighting works, AMC contracts, fit-out fire system works, and Civil Defence approval services. • Visit construction sites, buildings, contractors, consultants, and facility managers to generate business leads. • Develop strong networks with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, and building owners. 2. Sales & Estimation • Prepare and submit quotations, BOQs, variations, and tenders for: • Fire alarm system installation • Firefighting system installation • Emergency lighting systems • Annual maintenance contracts • Fit-out modification works • Coordinate with design, estimation, and technical teams for accurate proposals. • Ensure all proposals comply with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Civil Defence requirements. 3. Civil Defence Approval Handling • Manage the full process for Civil Defence design submission, approvals, inspections, and final approvals. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to expedite approvals. • Understand drawing requirements, as-built submissions, NOCs, and compliance documentation. 4. AMC Sales & Customer Management • Generate and maintain Annual Maintenance Contracts with buildings, warehouses, shops, and corporate clients. • Conduct site inspections to assess existing fire systems and propose maintenance/upgrade solutions. • Maintain long-term relationships and ensure timely renewals. 5. Fit-Out Project Sales • Work closely with interior fit-out contractors to secure fire system modification works. • Attend site meetings to understand scope, variations, and compliance needs. • Follow up on work progress, approvals, and client satisfaction. 6. Coordination & Documentation • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams for project execution. • Track all inquiries, submitted quotations, follow-ups, and conversions. • Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM or internal systems weekly. ⸻ Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 3–5 years experience in UAE Fire & Safety or MEP industry. • Strong technical knowledge of: • Fire alarm & firefighting systems • AMC processes • Fit-out fire system works • UAE Civil Defence procedures • Fire & Life Safety Codes • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. • Knowledge of MS Office, and basic design review is an advantage. ⸻ Personal Attributes • Target-driven and self-motivated • Presentable and professional • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure • Good planning and follow-up abilities ⸻ Benefits • Basic salary + attractive commission • Visa + medical insurance + annual leave • Allowances as per company policy • Growth opportunities and continuous training
