  • Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and convert them into admissions.
  • Counsel potential learners on course details, outcomes, and career paths.
  • Maintain daily follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality and campaign insights.
  • Maintain CRM records with accuracy and timely updates.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and webinars when required.
  • Provide feedback to improve sales scripts, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
