- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Counsel potential learners on course details, outcomes, and career paths.
- Maintain daily follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead quality and campaign insights.
- Maintain CRM records with accuracy and timely updates.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and webinars when required.
- Provide feedback to improve sales scripts, campaigns, and strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or edtech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office applications.
