Sales Executive

Muscat, Oman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers within various industries to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Promote and sell the full range of Fahad Trading Services products, office stationery, computer accessories, pantry essentials, lab equipment, and specialized products such as barcode ribbons, labels, and sanitary products.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, offering product advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives on a regular basis.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales/customer-facing role, preferably in the office supplies or B2B sector.
  • Experience in stationery products or related field is a must.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Knowledge of office products and related industries is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi and Malayalam with proficiency in Arabic preferred.

  • Stationery/office supplies: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License in Muscat (Preferred)
