Role Overview
We are looking for a driven sales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients by promoting our services, building trust, and closing deals. AEY Prime Ventures will provide qualified leads and international calling software, ensuring you have the tools to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings (leads provided by the company).
  • Promote and explain company formation, visa, and PRO services tailored to client needs.
  • Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Stay updated on UAE business setup procedures, free zones, and visa regulations.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in UAE company formation or related services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of UAE business setup and visa processes (training will be provided).
