About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in barista service, cashier handling, customer support, and front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities to achieve targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client needs promptly.
  • Handle cash, billing, and transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage front desk duties including greeting clients and assisting with inquiries.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to explain offerings and promotions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update management on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in barista service, cashier handling, customer support, or front desk.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
