Sales Executive

Muscat, Oman

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong customer relationships in the FMCG sector. The role requires active market visits, distributor coordination, and execution of sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work to expand the customer base.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at retail outlets.
  • Implement trade promotions, product launches, and merchandising plans.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Address customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.
  • Regularly visit key accounts and distributors to strengthen relationships.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Recommend strategies to improve sales performance.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of FMCG market dynamics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid Oman driving license (mandatory).
