Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
