Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Real Estate experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and promote housing society projects to clients in a professional manner.
  • Conduct meetings and site visits with clients to showcase available plots/properties.
  • Negotiate deals and ensure successful closing of sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain proper records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Intermediate candidates with experience may also apply).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
