About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to customers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements to close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
