Ancient Greens is an agricultural initiative established at the Teofarm farm in Antakya, rooted in heirloom seeds and traditional farming methods. Since early 2021, in response to increasing production demands, operations have continued in Sazgın Village, Gaziantep, with expanded capacity.

The brand operates through a vertically integrated production system that encompasses every stage—from R&D to packaging, from storage to distribution—all under one roof. Sales Executive– Ancient Greens (Based in Istanbul, Domestic & International Markets)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree (MBA or similar) is preferred,
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience, preferably in food, wellness, or functional nutrition sectors,
  • Proven experience in managing both domestic and international sales operations,
  • Familiar with distributor and channel partner management,
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); second language is a strong asset,
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM platforms,
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills,
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking and a solution-oriented, result-driven approach,
  • Willing and able to travel frequently within Türkiye and abroad,
  • Residing in Istanbul or open to relocation.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Ancient Greens products across domestic and international markets,
  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners,
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand presence and market share in target regions,
  • Monitor performance against sales targets (KPIs) and deliver regular reporting,
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities,
  • Represent the brand at global trade fairs, business events, and networking platforms,
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies.
