About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends.
- Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and trade shows when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B/B2C).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Good understanding of CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
