Client Relationship Management: ~Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. ~Handle client objections professionally and negotiate terms to close sales. ~Provide timely responses to client queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Operational Coordination: ~Liaise with the logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery. ~Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Sales Performance & Reporting: ~Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. ~Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights to management.
