Sales Executive

About the Role Batci UAE is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to drive growth across barbershops, wholesalers, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate has strong experience in FMCG/personal care sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships in the UAE market. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Develop and grow new business with barbershops, wholesalers, and pharmacies. Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts. Negotiate deals and close contracts with decision-makers. Provide market insights and feedback to management. Maintain accurate records of sales activity through CRM tools. Qualifications 5+ years of proven sales experience in FMCG, personal care, or beauty products. Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Flexibility with time and effort to meet sales demands. Willingness to travel across the UAE to visit clients. Familiarity with UAE barber and pharmacy channels preferred. Valid UAE driving license required.
