This role is responsible for generating Sales and new business opportunities. The primary role is to support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, and demonstrating product capabilities as needed on our Products and Service offerings.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Arrange sales meetings with customers and attend them in order to obtain new and existing orders.
  • Business Development by sending out emails/cold calls/networking and organizing external/internal meetings for generating leads and customer acquisition
  • Preparing sales documents including quotations, proposals, presentations and reports.
  • Prepare weekly Sales reports on sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales target while contributing to overall targets as set by management
  • Actively pursuing payment of outstanding invoices by regularly following up with customers via phone and email
  • Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes or discrepancies on invoices
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer account information and invoice status updates
  • Conduct product/services demonstration and webinars.
  • Planning and executing Sales promotion programs geared towards customer engagement to increase sales
  • Promote and demonstrate our brand, products and solutions to clients.
  • Responsibility for maintaining Customer Retention and Relationship
  • Making recommendations to the management on the areas of sales that need improvements to align with the market trends
  • Identify vendors/partners from the market to fulfill client requirements and propose quotations.
