Position Objective:
Support business growth by generating new B2B sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
— Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
— Manage sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding support
— Maintain accurate client data in the CRM system and track progress using structured checklists
— Provide clients with consultations on company services and collect feedback for improvement
— Support sales targets and contribute to team KPIs
— Collaborate with senior sales staff to optimize sales processes and strategies
Requirements:
— 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services, IT, digital, or telecom
— Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals
— Strong communication and interpersonal skills
— Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
— Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Key Personal Qualities:
— Analytical and structured thinking to make data-driven sales decisions
— Quick learner with the ability to adapt to logistics or tech industries
— Proactive and collaborative team player
Nice to Have:
— Experience selling complex products and clearly communicating value to clients
— Familiarity with consultative or need-based selling techniques
— Experience with digital sales channels, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead databases
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 60,000.00TRY - 80,000.00TRY per month
