Sales Executive

The Role

We are hiring a dual-role Sales Operations and Collections Specialist to manage the order-to-cash cycle. You will ensure smooth sales order processing, accurate invoicing, and timely payment collection from clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders, create invoices, and update CRM records.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely collection of payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed collection logs and support the sales team with client queries.

What We Need

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or accounts receivable/collections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of invoicing and collections procedures.
