Position: Sales Executive
Industry: Tile & Stone Fixing Solutions
Location: Pune
Reports To: Sales Manager

1. Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by promoting and selling tile and stone fixing solutions (adhesives, grouts, sealants, tools, etc.) to dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, builders and end customers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, building strong client relationships and expanding the company’s market presence.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and builders.

· Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with customers.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for order generation and payment collection.

· Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

· Ensure proper visibility and branding of products at dealer counters.

· Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.

· Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer visit records.

3. Qualifications & Experience

· Education: Graduate in any discipline.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Building Materials /Tiles /Adhesives/ Construction Chemicals industry.

4. Skills & Competencies

· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge of tile fixing materials, adhesives or construction chemicals (preferred).

· Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.

· Proficiency in MS Office.

· Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

· Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
