Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers for loan products (vehicle loans, personal loans, business loans, gold loans, etc.).
• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and references.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits to customers clearly.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance during loan processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• Prior experience in sales/field marketing/finance/banking/insurance preferred.
• Strong communication, convincing, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
