1. As a trading establishment with several SKUs serving the advertising, signage, fitout and fabrication industries, the product line is of technical background and candidate must be capable of understanding specifications / providing guidance to the end user to use the right product for the right application.

2. Assist walk-in clients by delivering superior customer service in the showroom through effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiating skills & professional demeanours.

3. Attend sales inquiries, provide customers with quotations & ensure that the quotations are converted to sales & ensure on-time collection of payment. This role involves sharing detailed information regarding the company's inventory and educating customers so as to generate sales leads.

4. Be well versed with the placement of products in the showroom, assist walk-in clients by delivering superior customer service in the showroom through effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiating skills & professional demeanour.

5. Providing feedback to the Technical Manager / Operations Manager regarding specific installations / service and client issues.

6. Serving credit and cash customers at the showroom counter.

7. Gather market, customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.

8. Record sales details to review self performance & achievement of the set targets.

9. Maintain inventory of samples and catalogues for the showroom & the Customers.

10. Participate in ongoing training and coaching to help enhance closing ratios.

11. Reporting directly to the line Manager on all of the above-mentioned tasks.
