Position:

Showroom Sales Executive / Tele calling Executive

Kumar Industries,

7, Venugopal Pillai Layout,

Pappanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore – 641037.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers in the showroom and explain product features (Food Processing & Commercial Kitchen Machines).
• Handle telecalling, follow up with leads and convert to orders.
• Maintain customer database and prepare quotations.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for delivery and service updates.
• Meet monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales of food processing / kitchen equipment.
• Languages: Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi (Tamil & English added advantage).
• Education: Any degree / diploma.
• Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
• Good communication and convincing ability.
• Customer handling skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives (based on sales performance).
