Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, client engagement, and supporting sales activities across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and email outreach.
• Assist in identifying and developing business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
• Engage with potential customers to explain product/service offerings and schedule meetings.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
• Deliver excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships included).
• Basic understanding of B2B and B2C sales models, cold calling techniques, and customer engagement.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in initiating conversations and handling client objections.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Fresher's also can apply with good knowledge of sales field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
