Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our team in Virar. The role involves industrial area research, onsite lead generation, client visits, and software demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable using Tally, Biz Analyst, and Cred Flow (training can be provided).

Key Responsibilities:

• Industrial Research – Identify and map industrial areas to find potential clients.
• Lead Generation & Sales – Visit businesses, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Client Visits – Regularly meet with industrial clients to understand their needs.
• Product Demonstrations – Showcase and explain software solutions (Tally, Biz Analyst, Cred Flow).
• Self-Development – Stay updated on industry trends and improve product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Location: Virar
• Education: Minimum graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Field sales experience preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Familiarity with Tally or similar software is a plus.
• Other: Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Lead Generation: Number of leads identified and converted into sales.
• Sales Performance: Monthly/quarterly sales targets achieved.
• Client Engagement: Number of visits, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Demo Success: Number of successful product demonstrations.
• Software Utilization: Effective use of software in client interactions.
• Self-Development: Participation in training and industry updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
