Sales Executive

We are looking for Energetic, Self-Confident, Self-Motivated, Male, and Female Candidates for our Real Estate Marketing Division in the day shift as Real Estate Marketing Representatives.

• Ensuring maximum profitability, and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale.
• Promote the company’s property development projects addressing or/and predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales leads, follow up with each potential client, and track conversion rate
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• We are offering fixed Salaries plus Commissions from the very first month.

(Earn up to Rs 100,000/-)

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Urdu
• Punctuality
• Freshers can also apply
• Must have 1-year Property Sales experience
• Must have done target based job in past
• Must have call confidence

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Intermediate (Required)

Experience:
