Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, market awareness, and a strong drive to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, market visits, networking, and digital research.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings to understand their requirements.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
3. Sales Presentation & Negotiation
- Present company products and solutions effectively and professionally.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.
4. Market Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing.
- Provide timely feedback to management to assist in sales strategy development.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and activity reports through CRM tools.
- Submit regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.
6. Post-Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Follow up on payments and gather post-installation feedback.
7. Target Achievement
- Consistently work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Contribute to strategic planning for business development and growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in building materials, construction, hardware, or manufacturing industry).
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
