Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, market awareness, and a strong drive to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, market visits, networking, and digital research.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings to understand their requirements.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

3. Sales Presentation & Negotiation

  • Present company products and solutions effectively and professionally.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to successfully close sales.

4. Market Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing.
  • Provide timely feedback to management to assist in sales strategy development.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and activity reports through CRM tools.
  • Submit regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts.

6. Post-Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up on payments and gather post-installation feedback.

7. Target Achievement

  • Consistently work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for business development and growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in building materials, construction, hardware, or manufacturing industry).
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time
