*Job Description:*

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to join our financial services team. In this role, you will sell loan and insurance products, deliver excellent customer service, and meet defined sales targets.

*Responsibilities:*

• Sell loans and insurance products via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Stay updated with industry trends, products, and services to communicate value effectively to customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, customer service) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas and develop strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements* :

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or related field.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
