Sales Executive

About the Role
AAAI is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to help customers select suitable meal plans and ensure a smooth, satisfying ordering experience. This role involves active engagement through inbound and outbound calls, managing plan renewals, updating trackers, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Engage confidently with potential customers through calls and messages to introduce meal plans.
- Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting appropriate plans.
- Manage plan renewals to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain professional, friendly, and informative communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and renewal targets.
Account Management & Follow-Ups
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Conduct structured follow-ups and update all notes and statuses in trackers or CRM systems.
- Provide accurate information on menus, deliveries, and plan options.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order handling.
Administrative & Reporting
- Update Excel trackers, lead sheets, and CRM systems with complete and accurate data after each call.
- Record follow-up schedules, customer details, and conversation summaries.
- Prepare concise reports on leads, renewals, and conversions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of customer information and redemptions with relevant departments.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Team to ensure excellent post-sale care and renewal support.
- Coordinate daily with the Office Manager for guidance on customer handling, follow-ups, and redemption processes.
- Support communication between Sales, Customer Support, and Operations for a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
- Share customer insights to enhance sales strategies and service quality.
- Demonstrate accountability, teamwork, and a growth mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or telesales, preferably within a meal prep or F&B company.
- Confident and fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — persuasive yet professional.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (data entry, filters, formulas, tracking).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and consistent in follow-through.
- Able to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
