Job Overview
The Sales Executive (Fresher) will support the sales team in identifying potential business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and assisting in tender-related activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, have good communication skills, and are interested in building a career in sales within the security and safety solutions industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in business development activities and learn the basics of bidding and tender processes.
- Support senior team members in projects related to security, CCTV, surveillance, and safety.
- Gain basic understanding of systems like Visitor Management, Parking Management, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Video Analytics, etc.
- Help in identifying tenders from agencies and corporate organizations (online & offline).
- Assist in preparing pre-qualification documents and support the team during pre-bid meetings.
- Maintain professional interactions with clients, partners, and OEMs under guidance.
- Coordinate with the project and sales teams for documentation and follow-ups.
- Help promote the Bion brand through presentations and interactions.
- Prepare and update reports required by management.
- Assist in product demonstrations and client visits along with senior team members.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and documentation.
- Support timely empanelment and basic documentation requirements.
- Stay updated on basic industry trends in security and safety solutions.
Qualifications
- MBA / BE / Any Graduate interested in sales
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn sales, tendering, and bidding processes
- Basic understanding or interest in security and safety systems
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Customer relationship management mindset
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Performance Evaluation (KRA)
- Learning and understanding of sales processes
- Timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation
- Number of leads/tenders identified and supported
- Contribution to new business opportunities under guidance
