Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive (Field Marketing) to drive sales growth through direct client engagement and field-based marketing. This role is perfect for a self-motivated, target-driven professional who thrives on building relationships, promoting products, and achieving measurable results.

You will:

• Generate sales through proactive field visits to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, interior designers, dealers, and project managers.
• Present and promote Decora’s flooring and plastic interior solutions at client offices and project sites.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Track, report, and analyze daily and weekly sales activities for performance optimization.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
• Develop strong client relationships to maximize repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (BA/BCOM).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, outdoor marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in client meetings, product presentations, and field sales activities.
• Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis; own conveyance (bike) required.
• Strong self-motivation, target orientation, and independent work ethic.
• Knowledge of B2B sales and construction/architectural industry is a plus.
