Job Overview:
We are looking for a SALES EXECUTIVE to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The customer relationship manager will constantly identify opportunities to grow the customer base and build positive relationships with new clients. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
Requirements:
- Education level: Any graduate/MBA.
- Marketing related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English Communication.
- Ability to manage multiple-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various task Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

- This is a full-time position based in Nashik, India.
