Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join the Salonist team in a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will acquire new clients (salons & clinics), conduct demos, manage follow-ups, and close deals. She must be confident, goal-driven, and able to build strong client relationships.
This position offers a fixed salary plus attractive commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential salons, spas, clinics, and beauty centers.
- Perform field visits to meet clients and conduct demos when needed.
- Handle remote follow-ups, calls, and online presentations.
- Present Salonist software professionally, covering booking, POS, reports, membership, and AI tools.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reporting.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to the support team.
- Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to support the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Previous sales experience (SaaS/tech/beauty industry preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
- Valid Driving License (required for field visits).
- English and/or Arabic communication skills.
