Job Title: Sales Executive (Female)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for electrical cables and related products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (projects, distributors, contractors, OEMs, etc.).

2. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

- Handle customer inquiries

- Follow up on payments, deliveries, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Technical & Product Knowledge

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product range (e.g., LV cables, MV cables, control cables, building wires, instrumentation cables).

- Coordinate with the technical department to meet client specifications and resolve technical issues.

- Educate clients about product features, advantages, and compliance with standards (e.g., IEC, BS, ASTM, ISO).

4. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for order execution.

- Maintain proper sales documentation, quotations, and customer database.

- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

5. Market Intelligence

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.

- Suggest improvements in product offerings or pricing strategies based on customer feedback.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or Marketing (preferred).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cable, electrical, or construction materials industry.

- Strong technical understanding of electrical products and standards.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
