Sales Executive – Box Making / Packaging Solutions
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify potential clients in sectors like corporate, luxury goods, cosmetics, electronics, and hospitality.
- Reach out via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to pitch packaging solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized packaging solutions.
2. Quotation & Proposal Management
- Prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications, materials, and production costs.
- Follow up on proposals to secure orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining company profitability.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the design and production teams.
- Ensure artwork and sample approvals are obtained before production.
- Track order progress and update clients on delivery timelines.
4. Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and technologies.
- Analyze competitor products and pricing.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
5. Customer Service & After-Sales
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in packaging, printing, or luxury product sales.
- Strong understanding of custom packaging products, materials (PU leather, paperboard, MDF, velvet, etc.), and printing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel & Words.
