Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, communication, and building client relationships. You will be trained to understand our products/services and help bring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through calls, emails, and online research
• Explain company products/services to prospects
• Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Update CRM and maintain proper records of sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (BBA / BS / Marketing / Business or any related field)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Confident, energetic, and eager to learn
• Basic understanding of sales processes (training will be provided)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good command of MS Office & email communication
