We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join Digital Squidy. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with outreach, and eager to convert prospects into clients. If you have a passion for sales, can take initiative, and love hitting targets you’re the one we want!

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cold calling, follow-ups, and lead qualification.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and introductory calls with potential clients.
  • Prepare and share professional proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freshers encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in cold calling and outreach activities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
