Key responsibilities
- Customer and account management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and manage a portfolio of existing accounts to identify upselling opportunities.
- Lead generation: Identify new business prospects through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.
- Sales and negotiation: Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts and agreements, and close sales to achieve company goals.
- Market and product knowledge: Research market and customer needs to propose tailored solutions and advise on product development.
- Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, track progress against sales targets, and generate performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Brand representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
