Job Requirements: Duties & responsibilities

Acquire fresh leads and potential clients through diverse channels, including outreach calls and business events, for the purpose of broadening our customer portfolio.

To achieve the desired figures and effectively contribute to the profitability of a territory, it is crucial to develop and bring in a robust book of business while maintaining accountability.

Identify and qualify potential clients by thoroughly understanding their business needs and requirements.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales strategies.

Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our freight forwarding services

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients in order to secure profitable contracts and business agreements

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales stage to the operational stage for new clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, including prospecting activities, pipelines, and sales performance metrics.

Regularly update the management team with comprehensive reports, on CRM-sales activities, revenue generation, and market insights.
Knowledge

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience: minimum 2 years of work experience

Proven track record of successful business development within the Sales industry.
