✅ Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is sales, customer account management, and market development within one of Pronyx’s main product segments: Storage, IT Components, Monitors, or PC Hardware & Components , based on the candidate’s experience and product knowledge.
UAE work experience is mandatory.
Candidates may come from either:
• UAE Local Market Sales , or
• Export Sales (GCC / Africa / CIS / International)
Both backgrounds are accepted and valuable.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Sell, manage, and grow B2B accounts within the assigned product segment
• Handle the full sales cycle: product introduction → quotation → negotiation → order placement → delivery coordination → after-sales follow-up
• Develop business opportunities in the UAE market and/or in international export regions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, distributors, retailers, and key B2B clients
• Present and explain products across the following categories:
Storage, IT Components, Monitors, PC Hardware & Components
• Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitive activities, and monitor market trends
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, warehouse, and finance
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Required Experience & Skills
Mandatory:
• 3–4 years of work experience in the UAE IT hardware market
• Experience in at least one of the following product categories:
- Storage (SSD / DRAM / Memory)
- IT Components
- Monitors
- PC Hardware & Components (cases, power supplies, cooling, RGB, gaming accessories)
• Proven experience in UAE Local Sales or Export Sales
• Strong understanding of IT products, models, series, and brands in the UAE market
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and sales pipelines
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, professionalism, accuracy, and customer focus
Preferred:
• Experience working with UAE distributors or resellers
• Valid UAE driving license
• Experience in channel sales and volume-based deals
