Sales Executive – Egypt
About Us
CarandX is a rapidly growing automotive company based in Dubai, specializing in both local car sales and export operations. We are expanding our presence in Egypt and seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Follow up on leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from inquiry to final delivery and after-sales support.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
- Stay updated on available stock, vehicle specifications, warranty options, and export processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
- Additional language is a plus.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service .
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach.
- Professional, well-presented, and results-oriented.
- Flexible with working hours and able to respond promptly to urgent client needs.
