Job Details:

Designation: Sales Executive (International Sales)

Working Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday to Friday)

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome)

Compensation: INR 18k in-hand per month (Performance-based incentives and bonus added)

Benefits: 5 Day a Week, Training Period, PF, performance bonuses, and additional allowances

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in BE/ Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields

MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or International Business preferred

Additional certifications in Sales Management, Digital Marketing, or CRM tools will be an added advantage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in international calling and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, driving global lead generation, and nurturing client relationships to achieve business growth. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of international markets to expand the company's global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct international sales calls and close high-value B2B deals.

Drive lead generation efforts and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in international markets.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize performance.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships across diverse geographies and industries.

Collaborate with internal departments to align business goals and client expectations.

Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and negotiation strategies.

Conduct market research and contribute to expansion planning and go-to-market strategies.
